Homebuyer Education

Triad Guaranty Insurance offers a Homebuyer Education Counseling program through InCharge Housing Counseling Service, Inc.

The program consists of course work and a toll-free counseling service. The course work satisfies the education requirements on all Fannie Mae Affordable Housing programs. Upon successful completion of the program a Certificate of Completion will be issued to the Lender. Fees may apply. Please contact your Triad Account Executive for more information.

Register a borrower online for the homebuyer counseling program and have the Charting a Course to Homeownership book sent directly to them.

Landlord counseling is also available when applicable.
